Shipping Policy

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

United States

Standard shipping: $6.00, estimated 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.

 

International

Standard worldwide shipping: $12.00 USD, estimated 5-15 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on orders of $60 USD or more.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charge.

 

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, which is emailed to you when the package leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

 

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection ($4.99) can be added in your cart. If a protected order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Simply contact us with your order number.

 

Delays

During the holiday season, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll track it down or make it right.

 

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it any time before the order ships.
