Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on EverVoice are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, ordering by mistake, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

Completing a purchase is a deliberate action that requires you to enter your details and confirm your order, so we treat every order as intentional. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders are processed immediately and begin the fulfillment process right away.

Shipping Protection

The only exception to this policy is for customers who purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If you purchased Shipping Protection and your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen after delivery, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft in transit.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for reasons covered by this policy will be contested with the order records and this policy as evidence.
