By placing an order on evervoice.store you agree to the following terms.

 

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless a local currency is shown at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled; you'll be notified and refunded in full if this happens.

 

Pricing and promotions

Sale prices and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retroactively. We may correct pricing errors on the site at any time.

 

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for rates, timeframes, and international duties.

 

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

 

Product use

EverVoice ornaments contain a small electronic recorder and batteries and are not toys. Keep them out of reach of small children. We are not responsible for recordings that are erased or overwritten by the user.

 

Intellectual property

All images, text, and branding on this site are the property of EverVoice and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

 

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
